- Work Study employees can begin as early as August 1, 2025 and will be automatically terminated May 8, 2026
- Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester (for academic year employment)
- A degree-seeking MSU student with at least a 2.0 GPA
- Federal Work Study - Academic Year 2025-26 Contract
- Department/Supervisor Information - Student Employment - Missouri State
- Students cannot begin working until the department has received an email from Student Employment that the student has been cleared.
- Work Study is now available to undergraduate and graduate students (without a graduate assistantship).
- Work Study eligibility is determined by the value remaining in your Cost of Attendance budget after your Student Aid Index (SAI) and other need-based financial aid awards.
